Patrons of the Stanley Park Horse-Drawn Tours are entitled to use our wheelchair/scooter accessible complimentary Express Bus that operates between Stanley Park and Downtown Vancouver. Please see the Express Bus page of this website for more information.

• Rates quoted are subject to 5% G.S.T. (Goods & Services Tax as applied by the Canadian Government)
• Please refer to our brochure for further information on dates/times of operation, departure locations etc.
• For companies bringing many visitors on a F.I.T. basis, a Voucher Program may be arranged.
• Carriages are also available for private hire in Stanley Park or anywhere in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver and surrounding cities).

BOOKING PROCEDURES

Group Rates: Available to any group consisting of a minimum of 10 persons.

Complimentary: Driver or escort receives complimentary ride with group size 15 or more. Driver and escort receive complimentary ride with group size of 30 or more.

Reservations: Should be made at your earliest convenience to secure the booking and preferred rates. Pre-booked groups enjoy priority access to the ride. A voucher program is not required to reserve ahead of time.

Payment: Seats are held until 20 minutes prior to ride departure. We accept payment in Cash (USD or CAD), Traveler’s Cheques, Interac, Visa, MasterCard and Enroute. Cheques are accepted when payment is received no later than two weeks prior to the reservation date (except where voucher program is prearranged).

Cancellation: All payments are non-refundable, however, a credit for the full amount is held when a minimum 24 hours advance notice of cancellation is given.
